Position: Software Engineer – LIMS Environment Maintenance & Support

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Background and Meet and Greet: MANDATORY

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support on‑premise Global LIMS environments and enterprise applications on Windows and Linux servers.
• Ensure LIMS application availability, performance, secure network connectivity, firewall configurations, and infrastructure stability.
• Lead Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using Okta and EID for secure authentication across LIMS and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands‑on maintenance and support engineering for Global LIMS environments and enterprise applications.
• Expertise with Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between LIMS and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, databases, external data sources).
• Proficiency in data integration and migration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint) with emphasis on data integrity and compliance.
• Experience developing automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support system upgrades, issue resolution, validation activities, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
