Job summary

Greenpark, a global digital agency, seeks a Digital PR Lead to own strategy, delivery, and team leadership for a key US luxury account. You will drive Digital PR initiatives, manage specialists, and collaborate with account teams to shape direction and outcomes.

You will lead campaigns, build media relationships, supervise reporting, and coach junior staff while aligning with Greenpark’s values and growth plans in the US market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of Digital PR specialists and freelancers.
• Strong Digital PR strategy experience including on-page and off-page SEO, content campaigns, press releases, media outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital PR conversations for a key luxury client in the US, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand Greenpark’s Digital PR service offering in the US region.
• Build relationships with publishers, journalists, bloggers, and PRs through targeted outreach and events.
• Lead campaign ideation and brief internal teams to create assets and pitches for media relations.
• Manage and mentor a team of Digital PR specialists (and freelancers) across projects.
• Sign off on monthly Digital PR reporting and ensure client-ready insights.
• Create processes and templates to ensure consistent quality across the team.
• Collaborate with SEO Tech on link-building, on-page/off-page SEO, and AI-optimized strategies.
• Act as primary Digital PR contact for the US client and contribute to client communications at high standards.
• Work with account team to elevate strategic direction across all PR workstreams.
• Support Head of Digital PR to develop the service line within the business.
