Job summary

Buro Happold is seeking an exceptional Digital Advisory Leader to establish and grow the US Digital Advisory practice. This role combines commercial leadership with technical fluency to translate digital strategy into measurable client value.

You will originate opportunities, shape executive agendas, and lead a sustainable advisory team, delivering growth and revenue across asset-intensive industries and the built environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior leadership role within Digital Advisory or related field.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements and digital transformation programs within asset-intensive organizations.
• Knowledge of digital delivery frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, Agile, DevOps, ITIL).
• Previous management consulting experience, with MBB or Big Four preferred.
• Proven ability to build and grow successful consulting teams and practices.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the US Digital Advisory practice with accountability for growth, revenue, and client impact.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships with pipeline creation and long-term development.
• Lead major pursuits from identification through qualification and successful conversion.
• Develop and promote innovative service offerings addressing client challenges and opportunities.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary engagements delivering measurable client outcomes and commercial performance.
• Build and retain a high-performing consulting team with leadership development.
