OKX is seeking a senior trading-technology leader to design and deliver the technology stack connecting customers to a regulated US derivatives market. The role requires building architecture, selecting clearing FCM, OMS and market-access providers, and shaping a long-term build-versus-buy roadmap.

You will report to the Core Trading Product Management leadership with a dotted line to the CEO and COO of the local entity, and you will recruit and lead the US trading-technology team to execution

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in electronic trading or capital-markets technology.
• Deep knowledge of US futures market structure and listed derivatives.
• Experience with OMS, FIX, exchange connectivity, market data and pre-trade risk.
• Prior experience working at an FCM is required.
• Ability to translate business/regulatory requirements into technical architecture.
• Track record delivering mission-critical trading platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design the end-to-end US derivatives trading architecture.
• Lead the selection of the clearing FCM, OMS and market-access providers.
• Oversee vendor evaluation and certifications for production readiness.
• Define pre-trade risk, kill-switch, reconciliation and 24/7 support requirements.
• Drive a build-versus-buy roadmap and migration strategy.
• Lead the US trading-technology team and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure secure, resilient connectivity and incident response.
• Establish contracts, SLAs, and vendor diligence processes.
