Job summary

HelloFresh in Irving, TX is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to partner with the site Director and SVP to manage and optimize fulfillment operations. You will balance daily operations with strategic improvements, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery while building scalable processes on the shop floor and beyond.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop an operations roadmap, mentor staff, and foster a customer-focused culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience managing operations or production.
• Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, SQF.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or night shifts.

• Identify problems in fulfillment operations and drive continuous improvement strategies.
• Lead and supervise managers, supervisors and hourly associates.
• Develop and deliver operational procedures for fulfillment and supporting processes.
