Jackson Lucas has partnered with PIMCO Prime Real Estate for the following role. The candidate will join the PIMCO Prime Real Estate US team to support the full investment lifecycle across new US Debt Originations.

Working with senior team members, you will source, underwrite, and prepare Investment Committee materials, maintaining key stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross‑team efforts to execute transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of originations, underwriting, or real estate investment management.
• Quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Argus.
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.

Responsabilités

• Support identification and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Assist in market trend monitoring and strategy considerations.
• Coordinate due diligence with external consultants and internal teams.
• Gather inputs from Legal, Technical, Finance, Tax, Asset Management.
• Refine financial analyses incorporating tax and transaction structure guidance.
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee and track changes.
• Assist with negotiations, closing logistics, and post‑closing items.
