Job description

International Financing Review (IFR), the premier source for in-depth reporting on the global capital markets, is seeking a Reporter to lead our coverage of US high-yield bonds and the broader leveraged finance market. As a key member of our newsroom, you’ll be the go-to expert on US leveraged finance, shaping coverage that informs and influences a global audience. Your work will appear across IFR’s platforms – from real-time screens to our flagship weekly magazine – giving you unmatched visibility and impact.

What You’ll Do:
  • Break market-moving news and deliver insightful analysis on trends, deals, and key players.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier sources: investors, bankers, corporate executives and legal experts.
  • Represent IFR at industry events and in media appearances as the face of our high-grade bond coverage.
  • Collaborate with a seasoned editorial team to refine stories and elevate our reporting standards.

Career Stage:

Senior Associate

Compensation/Benefits Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $98,300 - $163,800. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
