Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager-level sales professional to drive adoption of the LSEG Workspace platform across the US and Canada, focusing on Fixed Income and Equities. You will lead product demonstrations, develop account strategies, and partner with account managers to win new business and renewals.

This role requires outstanding closing skills, strong presentation abilities, and a proven track record selling financial data desktop solutions to banks and investment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling financial Data Desktop solutions.
  • Proven track record meeting sales quotas and pipeline management.
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills at all client levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to lead product demonstrations.
  • Experience with banks and investment managers in account management.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for prospecting and new account cultivation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of the LSEG Workspace platform in the US & Canada to generate recurring revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for accounts, including competitive displacement programs.
  • Target enterprise-wide renewals and new opportunities in end-user workflow.
  • Lead client meetings and product demonstrations to win new business.
  • Lead sales campaigns to increase product market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Workflows Proposition and sales readiness teams for feedback.
  • Maintain accurate rolling sales forecast in Salesforce and build customer contacts database.

Job description

Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • Drive community adoption of the LSEG Workspace platform in the Fixed Income and Equities marketspace in the US & Canada - leading to sustained, consistent sales of recurring revenue to achieve annual sales target.

  • Proactively work to develop and execute sales strategies for accounts, such as to introduce new value workflow propositions including competitive displacement programs at new and existing accounts in collaboration with Account Managers.

  • Target and drive large scale enterprise-wide renewals and new opportunities related to end-user workflow in new and existing customers.

  • Lead client meetings to carry out product demonstrations and presentations with the objective of winning new business.

  • Lead sales campaigns to achieve increased product market penetration.

  • Collaborate with the Shared Workflows Proposition and sales readiness teams to feed product ideas and provide client feedback.

  • Maintain accurate rolling sales forecast more than assigned monthly quota in Salesforce and build customer contact database.

  • Articulate, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ability to prioritize.

  • Strong telephone sales and presentation skills with clients/prospects at all levels

  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling financial Data Desktop solutions.

  • Prior Account Management/Sales experience working with Banks and Investment Managers.

  • Proven track record meeting sales quotas and pipeline management

  • Strong client relationships and a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service.

  • Experience identifying and cultivating new accounts and use of prospecting tools (i.e. LinkedIn) Superior communication and negotiating skills and be a strong team collaborator

Compensation/Benefits Information:

The anticipated base salary for this position is $143,200 - $238,800. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
