• Experience leading month-end close for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Understanding of SOX controls and compliance requirements.
• Ability to liaison with external auditors and drive audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end close and consolidation across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Review trial balances, estimates, and high‑judgment accounting entries.
• Lead or support SOX controls and process improvements in the finance function.
• Provide accounting guidance and training to business units and senior management.
