Job summary

Zealand Pharma in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, US Compliance to build the US compliance program ahead of first commercial launch. You will design policies, controls, and training, reporting to Head of US Compliance. You will work with business partners across US org and with Denmark HQ, enabling launch readiness and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of compliance experience in pharma/biotech.
Experience supporting US product launch readiness and prelaunch preparation.
Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, Open Payments.
Experience in smaller or scaling organizations with cross-functional influence.
Strong written and verbal communication; independent remote work.

Responsibilities

Build foundational US healthcare compliance program (policies, SOPs, training, controls).
Prepare launch readiness across commercial model and regulatory requirements.
Develop guidance for HCP engagement, advisory boards, speaker programs, FMV analyses.
Own US requirements for transparency and aggregate spend in partnership with Finance.
Design monitoring and risk assessment processes and post-launch reporting.
Deliver training and advise business partners across US organization.
