Job summary

BD is seeking a US Commercial Training Lead to adapt and execute Pharmacy Automation commercial training in the US market, partnering with US Sales Leadership to deliver onboarding, training, and manager-enabled coaching.

The role focuses on translating sales strategy into end-to-end learning journeys, ensuring training improves win rates, deal quality, and productivity across Hospital, Retail, LTC, and National Accounts sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7–12+ years of experience leading sales enablement, sales training, or commercial capability in a large enterprise (life sciences preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver training and drive sustained field adoption.
• Strong understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and execution rigor.
• Experience working directly with field sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Adapt Training for the US Market by localizing content to reflect Hospital, Retail, LTC, and National Accounts segments.
• Execute New Hire Readiness programs including ILT onboarding, pre-start study, and 90-day ramp.
• Deliver High-Impact Field Training via in-person and virtual sessions and advanced workshops.
• Enable Manager-Led Coaching through deal inspections, pipeline coaching, and cadence discipline.
• Embed Training into the Sales Execution Rhythm with QBRs, deal reviews, and forecast calls.
• Measure Impact using indicators like stage progression, win rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide Field Insight back to Global through win/loss analysis and curriculum refinement.
