Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing health. The US Commercial Training Lead will adapt and execute pharmacy automation training across the US market to boost sales win rates and overall productivity.

Partnering with US Sales Leadership, the role delivers onboarding, ongoing sales training, and manager-enabled coaching, translating learning into measurable business outcomes and sustained field adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7–12+ years leading sales enablement or training within a large enterprise (life sciences experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to deliver training and drive sustained field adoption.
Strong understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and execution rigor.
Experience working directly with field sales organizations.

Responsibilities

Adapt training for the US market reflecting US customer segments (Hospital, Retail, LTC, National Accounts).
Execute New Hire Readiness Program with ILT, home study, and 90‑day ramp.
Deliver high‑impact field training through in‑person and virtual sessions and advanced workshops.
Enable manager‑led coaching with deal reviews, pipeline coaching, and cadence discipline.
Embed training into sales execution rhythms (QBRs, deal reviews, forecast calls) and ensure measurable improvements.
