ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior PCB Designer (RF Layout) in Lansdale, PA onsite to design and develop complex RF/multi-layer PCBs for high-speed applications. You will collaborate across RF, hardware, mechanics and manufacturing to ensure robust layouts, fabrication docs, and design rules are followed.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PCB design experience with GHz-range RF layouts, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with Altium, Xpedition, and Cadence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional PCB design experience.
• Extensive RF layout experience, preferably GHz-range designs.
• Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer, Siemens Xpedition (Mentor Graphics), and Cadence Allegro PCB Designer.
• Strong understanding of controlled impedance routing, differential pair routing, grounding, shielding, and high-speed interfaces (SERDES, DDR, PCIe, Ethernet).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilités

• Design and develop complex multi-layer PCBs, including rigid, flex, and rigid-flex boards for RF and high-speed digital applications.
• Perform RF layout for controlled impedance structures, transmission lines, antennas, filters, LNAs, PAs, and mixed-signal designs.
• Collaborate with RF, hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Generate fabrication and assembly documentation packages and maintain PCB libraries, stack-ups, and design rules.
• Provide technical leadership while supporting prototype bring-up, testing, debugging, and DFM/DFT activities.

Our client is seeking a Senior PCB Designer (RF Layout) to join their team. As a Senior PCB Designer (RF Layout) , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting RF Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills , excellent communication abilities , and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lansdale, PA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $90.00/hour

What's the Job?
