Responsibilities

• Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers on the sales floor.
• Meet first‑time and existing business customers and learn their needs.
• Generate new leads and build relationships through phone, in‑store workshops, and events.
• Discover customer needs through briefings and prepare and present proposals with the Business Team.
• Collaborate with the Business Team to craft ideal solutions for more complex needs.
• Inform and offer customers the complete suite of sales support options.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of how businesses use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them.
• Comfort interacting with customers via phone to position business solutions.
• Ability to facilitate business experiences through in‑store briefings, workshops, and events.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
• At least one year of experience selling in the business market.
• Comfort developing qualified leads by phone.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one component of the total compensation package and is determined within a range, allowing growth and development within the role. Base pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees may become shareholders through discretionary employee stock programs, receive restricted stock unit awards, and purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
