StyleKorean Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Buena Park, CA to drive sales growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding product distribution across offline U.S. channels.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and growing our brands in wholesale and retail environments. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CPG/beauty sales, with proven ability to develop new business and negotiate listings. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, wholesale, or business development within CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
• Experience working with retail accounts or wholesale distribution channels.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new retail partnership opportunities across the U.S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners
• Drive new account development and expand existing retail partnerships
• Increase product distribution and retail placement across offline channels
• Negotiate product listings, pricing, and promotional opportunities with retail partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams including logistics, operations, and marketing
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market insights, and growth opportunities
• Support the development of scalable sales processes as retail partnerships expand
