StyleKorean Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Buena Park, CA to drive sales growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding product distribution across offline U.S. channels.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and growing our brands in wholesale and retail environments. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CPG/beauty sales, with proven ability to develop new business and negotiate listings. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, wholesale, or business development within CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
• Experience working with retail accounts or wholesale distribution channels.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding product distribution across offline retail channels in the United States.

This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retail partners, and supporting the continued expansion of our brands across multiple retail environments.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries, and a strong ability to develop new accounts and grow distribution through wholesale and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new retail partnership opportunities across the U.S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners
• Drive new account development and expand existing retail partnerships

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, wholesale, or business development within CPG, beauty, or consumer goods industries
• Experience working with retail accounts or wholesale distribution channels
• Proven ability to develop new business relationships and expand product distribution
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed for business development and client meetings
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with retail buyers or retail distribution networks
• Experience expanding distribution for consumer brands
• Background in beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a plus

Compensation

$70,400+/year (DOE) (Based on experience and qualifications)
