Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) RICEF Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation efforts, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The role requires hands-on work with CEMLI, OAF, REST API, and APEX, along with data extraction and migration tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience upgrading Oracle EBS 12.2.x, strong technical skills in PL/SQL, and the ability to resolve upgrade issues while collaborating with business users and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in Oracle EBS 12.2.x upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
• Proven experience in EBS R12 RICEF technical, CEMLI, OAF, REST API, APEX.
• Understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, remediating change impact to forms, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Experience in system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in the US.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation activities including functional/technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Resolve upgrade issues and develop customizations using PL/SQL.
• Support product service requests and develop robust scripts to validate RICEF.
• Document lessons learned and share domain knowledge with teammates.
• Drive ongoing implementation, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide solutions to gaps and production issues.
