Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB, the Corporate and Investment Bank, seeks a US Analyst for Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) to support the CLF distribution desk across the Americas. You will assist with the full lifecycle of syndicated transactions, from origination and pricing through closing and execution, gaining exposure to Leveraged Finance and other areas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance (required).
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Quantitative analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Word a plus).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and take initiative.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal credit documents including DAR opinions, market reads, and liquidity analyses.
• Build and maintain databases covering structuring comparables and investor analytics.
• Develop marketing materials such as pitches, teasers, and lender presentations.
• Support primary syndication activities: investor outreach, data site maintenance, and syndication tracking.
• Participate in drafting and negotiating legal term sheets, commitment documents, and credit agreements with counsel.
• Coordinate across credit, legal, relationship management, middle office, operations and senior management for timely deal execution.
• Prepare post-closing documentation including fee memos and closing memos; verify league table credits.
