Job summary

You will prepare memorandums, presentations, and reports, supporting senior bankers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. A recent finance graduate with strong analytical and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with banking and capital markets is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of presentation materials including pitch books and investor presentations.
• Perform financial analysis on companies with ratio analysis, comps, and models.
• Support credit analysis and corporate credit ratings analyses.
• Craft concise written analyses of market trends and commentary.
• Maintain databases and market comparables; update data as needed.
• Review legal documents and help prepare closing memos.
• Collaborate with team members and management to gather information and meet deadlines.
• Assist in weekly and monthly market updates.
