Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in the United States seeks a US Analyst for Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) within Corporate Distribution (CLF). Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance is required.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Quantitative analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and take initiative.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal credit documents including DAR Opinions, Market Reads, and liquidity analyses.
• Build and maintain databases covering structuring comparables and investor analytics.
• Develop marketing materials such as pitches, teasers, and lender presentations.
• Support primary syndication activities: investor outreach, data site maintenance, and syndication tracking.
• Draft and negotiate legal term sheets, commitment documents, and credit agreements alongside internal and external counsel.
• Coordinate across credit, legal, relationship management, middle office, operations, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely deal execution.
• Prepare post-closing documentation including fee memos and closing memos.
• Submit and verify league table credits with third-party providers.
