We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks, US tax regulations, bookkeeping, and profit and loss reporting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing comprehensive financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• QuickBooks Management: Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• US Tax Compliance: Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns in compliance with US tax regulations.
• Bookkeeping: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Profit and Loss Reporting: Generate and analyze profit and loss statements, providing insights on financial performance to senior management.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses and generate reports to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications
