Your daily life

As an Account Executive, your mission is to acquire new customers in the US market, managing the entire sales cycle.

You will contact target companies, identify prospects' needs and organize initial client meetings.

Your prospects will be e-commerce, customer experience, marketing and executives looking to transform their online sales experience.

Missions :

- Master our offer and our sales methodology, and develop knowledge of customer experience, CRM, etc. issues.

-In collaboration with the Pre-Sales, Marketing and BDR teams, build and execute tailor-made action plans to generate new business opportunities.

- Be responsible for identifying, contacting and maintaining good relationships with Client Decision Makers, in particular by organizing regular meetings.

- Deploy our sales cycle and action plans to win new business.

- Ensure good management of contractual and commercial elements.

- Ensure the updating of our CRM tool (Salesforce) and regular monitoring of account performance.

- Exceed quotas and earn $$$$
