United Urology Group is seeking an Ultrasonographer to perform high-quality ultrasound exams and generate clear reports for urologic care. You will prepare patients, obtain accurate data, and work with physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

Ideal candidates hold ARDMS Abdomen and Physics certifications, a relevant Associate degree, BLS, and a commitment to CME requirements. The role involves travel between sites and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• ARDMS Abdomen and Physics certifications required and verified.
• BLS certification required and CME upkeep expected.
• Board-eligible pathway may apply with time to complete boards.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound exams and prepare reports.
• Explain procedures to patients and assist with transfers.
• Record accurate patient data and refer to prior results when appropriate.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings for quality images.
• Provide oral/written summaries to assist physician diagnosis.
• Transfer images to PACS and maintain device cleanliness.
• Adhere to infection control and HIPAA regulations.
