Job summary

Filesusr in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for our Surgical Subspecialties team. Urology experience is preferred; training will be provided in other subspecialties.

The role requires a minimum of two years of PA experience, with a flexible schedule offering 24s, 12s, and 8s shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and relocation assistance may be available based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Physician Assistant experience.
• Urology experience preferred; training will be provided in other subspecialties.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility to obtain one before start date.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Credentialing requirements to be met per Medical Staff Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients.
• Round daily on hospitalized patients.
• Perform ED and inpatient consultations.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and postoperative care.
• Serve as surgical first assistant with emphasis on Urology; ENT/Gyneology/Plastic Surgery coverage as needed.
