Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing services under physician direction and play a key role in patient care.

You will collect health data, develop and implement care plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. This role requires an Ohio RN license, an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program background, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from aCCNE- or ACEN-accredited program.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Knowledge of triage procedures and clinical workflows.
• Ability to educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under physician or midlevel direction.
• Collect patient health data and analyze to determine outcomes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Implement interventions and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality.
