UROLOGY CLINIC

Job Summary:
Our selected candidate will coordinate and deliver care that includes:

• Patient assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of care
• Diagnostic studies, admits, appointments, procedures, and consultant/referrals
• Serving various populations from infants and pediatric to adult and geriatric
• Interacting directly with physicians, patients, staff
• Facilitating home health and other outpatient therapies
• Ensuring compliance and/or adjustments to treatment plans
• Patient advocacy and education
• Delegating appropriate responsibilities to staff as needed
• Ensuring all performance, care, safety compliance

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Louisiana RN licensure (or eligible)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification, CPR
• 3+ years of Urology experience
• Graduation from an accredited school RN program
• Proven organizational, decision-making and delegating skills
• Strong sense of accountability, patient compassion and staff team building
