Job summary

We are seeking a general urologist to join a well-established multispecialty practice near Virginia Beach. You will provide comprehensive urologic care, including in-office procedures and robotic surgery using the da Vinci Xi system.

The team includes 3 urologists and 3 NPs focused on individualized patient care to improve quality of life. The position features block time of 4-5 days weekly, with a busy, growing practice and opportunities for ancillary income through labs, ASC, and other

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in urology.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries and in-office procedures.
• Ability to supervise APPs and deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care including in-office procedures and robotic surgery.
• Cover call on a 1:4 weekday and 1:7 weekend rotation and supervise APPs.
• Participate in subspecialty interests and contribute to a growing, busy practice.

Job description

We are seeking a general urologist to join a well-established multispecialty practice near Virginia Beach.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive urologic care, including in-office procedures and robotic surgery using the da Vinci Xi system. The practice supports subspecialty interests such as URPS, urologic oncology, and endourology. You will be part of an experienced team of 3 urologists and 3 NPs, who focus on individualized patient care to enhance quality of life.

The position offers block time of 4-5 days weekly, with a busy, growing practice and opportunities for ancillary income through labs, ASC, and other ventures. Additional duties include call coverage (1:4 weekdays, 1:7 weekends) and supervision of APPs, who handle established patient care and procedures like cystoscopies.
