RosmanSearch is seeking a general urologist to join a busy multispecialty practice near Virginia Beach, VA. Subspecialty interests can be supported, including URPS, urologic oncology, and endourology, with a team of 3 urologists and 3 NPs and da Vinci Xi robotic surgery at the hospital.

This full-time role includes 1:4 weekday and 1:7 weekend call, 4/5 day block time, a $100k sign-on bonus, CME allowances, health/retirement benefits, malpractice coverage, and a 1–3 year partnership track; H1B

Qualifications

• MD/DO required for Urology.
• General urology practice with potential subspecialty interests.

Responsibilities

• Join an experienced team of urologists and NPs.
• Provide general urologic care with in-office procedures and robotic surgery.
• Participate in weekday and weekend call as described; mentorship available.
