Job summary

Temple-Health in Philadelphia is seeking an Administrator of Practice Operations for Urology to provide administrative and strategic support to the Chair and department physicians. You will lead operations across the main Fox Chase campus and affiliated sites, driving programmatic planning and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in physician practice management within an academic health sciences center is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the Chair and departmental physicians and APCs in their respective practice areas.
• Lead operations and programmatic planning across the main Fox Chase campus and extramural sites as applicable.
• Serve as a key conduit for operational improvements focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance.
• Collaborate with VP, Physician Practice on productivity assessments and business development opportunities, including off-site infusion expansion.
