Job summary

Fox Chase Cancer Center, part of Temple Health, seeks a Practice Administrator to lead the physician practice across the main campus and regional sites. You will drive patient experience improvements, optimize access, and oversee budgets and revenue cycle performance.

You will collaborate with leadership on productivity and explore new business opportunities, including expanding offsite infusion services, in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred.
• 5 years in a progressively responsible physician-practice leadership role (academic health sciences center) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and operations of programs at Fox Chase campus and regional sites.
• Improve patient experience and access across the practice.
• Maintain revenue cycle practices, budgets, and faculty practice plan performance.
• Collaborate with VP of Physician Practice on productivity and new business opportunities, including offsite infusion services.
