Job summary

Curative is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in a Midwest suburb. You will step into immediate patient demand with a strong referral network and dedicated robotic access using a Da Vinci XI platform, balancing clinic, procedures, and OR time.

The four-day workweek option provides a predictable schedule and a high quality of life. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $700,000 plus RVU incentives, a $100,000 sign-on, paid time

An established hospital-employed urology practice is looking for a physician to step into immediate patient and surgical demand following a planned physician transition. With dedicated robotic access, strong regional referrals, and limited local competition, this is an opportunity to quickly build a busy practice while maintaining a predictable four-day schedule and a great quality of life.

Practice Overview

• You'll join an established hospital-employed urology practice
• Dedicated robotic access with a Da Vinci XI platform and dedicated urology OR availability
• Built-in referral network from employed and independent primary care physicians across a large regional draw area
• Opportunity to step into immediate patient demand with limited local competition and strong procedural volume

Schedule

• Four-day work week available with predictable weekday clinic hours
• Balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and OR time with block scheduling available
• Shared consultative call supported by a larger regional urology group with phone-only overnight coverage
• Average daily patient volume of approximately 23-28 patients with strong surgical demand

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary $700,000 plus additional RVU production incentives
• $100,000 sign-on package with residency stipend opportunities available
• 5-6 weeks of paid time off plus annual CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
