Board Certified in Urology. BLS.

LICENSE RESTRICTION: We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois or those who already possess the IMLC certification with their participating compact state

SCHEDULE: Full time, weekday clinic Monday-Friday 8a-5p, one half-day of OR each week, with 24-hour call Q5, and Weekend 24- hour call (5p-7a Friday-Monday). Ideally looking for 1-2 weeks per month.

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION IS REQUIRED.

Charting time after hours cannot be billed extra and needs to be part of the base rates provided.
