Job summary

Intermountain Health in Las Vegas seeks a Physician in Urology to join a collaborative team delivering top‑quality care and patient experience. You’ll work with Urologists, MAs, APPs, and administrators to drive program success across two Las Vegas locations.

The role includes access to DaVinci Xi, a 4– or 5‑day week, and a schedule balancing clinic and OR days as patient volume grows. Sign‑on, relocation, stipend, and loan repayment enhance the package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Visa sponsorship considered on an individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Urology team to provide quality patient care.
• Support with MAs, APPs, front office, and administrators to sustain program success.
• Provide access to DaVinci Xi surgeries and dedicated clinic support.
• Share call with group; call is paid in addition to base salary.

Position Purpose

About this role

As a Physician in Urology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will work with a team of Urologists to provide top‑notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with and be supported by MAs, APPs, front office support, and administrators committed to the program’s success.

Compensation & Benefits

This position includes a $50,000 sign‑on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, a fellowship stipend up to $18,000, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable.

Enjoy two Las Vegas area practice locations.

Schedule & Call

You will have the option of a 4- or 5‑day workweek, with either one or two OR days. Initially, your schedule will include three clinic days and one OR day, with the fifth day available as either a day off or an additional clinic day. As patient volume grows, there is an opportunity to transition to a schedule with two clinic days and two OR days.

Access to DaVinci Xi.

You will have dedicated MA support in clinic, and shared support of the APP team.

There are two locations for surgeries and procedures in Las Vegas.

Call is shared with the group and expected to be one in six. Call is paid in addition to the base salary.
