About this role.

As a Urologist at our Billings Downtown clinic, you\'ll work with a team of 3 board-certified Urologist in addition to 3 highly skilled APPs that puts patients first! Throughout the day you\'ll have the opportunity to collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and excellent support staff! The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 3 board-certified Urologists and 3 APPs to provide patient-centered urology care.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, other specialties, and support staff to deliver full-spectrum care.
• Practices include robotics and EPIC EMR utilization; hospital and ambulatory clinic operations supported by experienced surgical APPs.
• Opportunity for mentorship, leadership roles, program expansion, and growth within the team.
• Optional medical directorship available for those interested in growth and leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $570,000 plus potential to earn more with a production incentive.
• Quality Bonus: $30,000.
• Incentives: $50,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable); PSLF eligible.
• Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision; retirement savings plans; and coverage for dependents and pets where applicable (Note: PRN providers are not eligible for benefits).
• Work location: Billings Downtown Urology clinic in Billings, Montana; affiliated with Intermountain Health\'s St. Vincent Regional Hospital.
• Robotics available; EPIC EMR; level I trauma center with additional certifications; CHest Pain Center with PCI; hybrid and biplane operating suites.

What you\'ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency trained in Urology.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health\'s credentialing process.
• We do accept J1 and H1B waiver candidates; support through the process is provided by a capable team.
• Passion for Urology.
