Schedule:

• Clinic Coverage only - 7am-5pm
• Urgent dates: December 30th and 31st
• Ongoing 24/7 coverage starting January 2025

Practice Setting:

Cases and Procedures:

• General urology procedures are required
• Manage a range of urological cases

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Indiana license
• ACLS certification

Credentialing Requirements:

• Hospital privileges: 45-60 days
