The Opportunity:

1. Join a highly productive team including a Urologist, APP, dedicated Director, experienced surgical team, and additional support staff.
2. Utilize robotic capabilities with new XI DaVinci, laparoscopy, laser surgery, cystoscopy, and a center of excellence for UroLift.
3. Enjoy a blocked schedule for hospital OR and surgery center with flexible scheduling, physician input, and a collaborative call rotation.
4. Benefit from a strong referral system with nearly 60 hospital-affiliated PCPs and high Urology demand.
5. Practice at one of the nicest clinics in the area, located next to the hospital and across from the surgery center.

Parameters and Compensation:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology required.
• Competitive base salary with a lucrative RVU production model, with income potential beyond the 90th percentile per MGMA, including surgery center ownership opportunities.
