Urology Opening - Lafayette, IN

Located 60 miles from Indianapolis. Competitive base salary of $500,000+.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Hospital employed
• Flexible schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Practice at one facility
• Outstanding guaranteed salary and benefits
• Practice in a brand-new multi-specialty clinic
• First Floor - 11 Obstetrics/Gynecology Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Second Floor - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Nephrology, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Common Diagnoses/Procedures

• Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction
• Calculus of kidney
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms
• Calculus of ureter
• Urinary tract infection

Equipment includes

• Cystoscopy equipment
• 2 XI Robots: one with a dual console
• Combined Ultrasound/MRI
• Other equipment as requested by physician

Facility is a Level III Trauma Center

• 17-bed ICU and 27-bed CCU
• 7 Operating Rooms (1 Open Heart and 2 Robotic)

Call Schedule

• 1 weekend per month
• 4 weekdays per month
• Optional additional call with compensation
• Weekday call taken independently
• Holiday call 1:1
