Urology Opening in Florida

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Position: Full-Time & Permanent Urologist (BE/BC)

Details:

1. Well-trained urology surgical team
2. Fully equipped and modern surgical suites
3. Collaborative oncology practice with local medical and radiation oncologists
4. Practice located in a medical office building adjacent to the hospital
5. Busy emergency department with Level 2 trauma center
6. Call coverage shared amongst providers in the group, with rotating weekends

Minimum Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology
• Current, or ability to obtain, an unrestricted license to practice in Florida without restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions
• No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension by any licensing agency
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration
