Facility in Galesburg, IL seeking Urology locums coverage Rates: $400/hr Position Details- Start Date: TBD
- End Date: Unknown
- Coverage Need: Due to physician retirement
- Shifts per Month: 10
- Privileges Available: Full privileges
- EMR: Epic
- Setting: Ambulatory clinic, OR procedures, and hospital call coverage
Duties & Requirements- Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Clinic Volume: 18-22 patients/day
- Required Procedures:
- Office-based cystoscopy
- Bread & butter urology procedures in OR
- Call Coverage:
- 24-hour call on weekends
- After-hours call during the week
- Call coverage for ER and hospital
- No pediatric cases (adults only)
- 30-minute response time required
- Support Staff: TBD
- Rounding: No routine rounding required
Credentialing & Requirements- Timeframe: 90 days
- Board Certification: Required (Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency)
- Licensure: Illinois license required (IMLC accepted if in hand)
- DEA & CSR License: Required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
