Urology opening in Findlay, OH. Located 45 minutes to Toledo. H1b Eligible.

Position Details

1. Full-time, permanent
2. Mayo Clinic Care Network Member
3. Hospital-employment, Cerner EMR
4. Strong mentoring and support
5. Busy, established practice with experienced providers and support staff
6. No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
7. Collaborative team of 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers
8. Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day
9. 5-2 OR days per week depending on surgical volume
10. Surgical expertise required; surgeries scheduled as needed with surgery team on-call for assistance
11. 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
12. Office procedures include cystoscopy (male and female), vasectomy under local anesthesia, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, medical installations, CMG
13. Equipment includes 4 da Vinci surgical robots (2 Xi/2 X), Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers (2 units with rigid and flexible scopes), Phillips Epiq 5 Ultrasound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous oxide (available by year end)

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus after threshold achievement. Negotiable signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement as part of full package. 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 hours holiday pay, sick leave up to 600 hours. Benefits include medical, life, long-term disability insurance, malpractice, vision, dental, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans.
