Urology Opening in Ohio

Located in Findlay, Ohio

Position: Permanent, Seeking a BE/BC Urologist trained in Robotics

Practice Details:

• Hospital-employment with Cerner EMR
• Strong mentoring and support
• Busy, established practice with experienced providers and support staff
• No more than 1:3 call, very light, mostly phone consultations during off hours
• Collaborative team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• Flexible office hours, averaging 20-30 patients/day
• 5-2 OR days per week depending on surgical volume
• Surgical expertise required; surgeries scheduled as needed with a surgery team on-call for assistance
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
• Office procedures include cystoscopy (male and female), vasectomy (under local anesthesia), bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, medical installations, CMG
• Equipment includes 4 da Vinci surgical robots (2 Xi, 2 X), Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, and Nitrous oxide (available by year end)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus after threshold
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend, student loan reimbursement (negotiable)
• 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 major holidays with 48 hours of holiday pay, sick leave up to 600 hours
