Seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join a team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota.
Practice Details
- Join an established urology practice with a team comprising 1 Urologist & 1 Nurse Practitioner.
- Support a primary service area of 70,000 residents with outreach opportunities.
- Board certification preferred; board eligibility required.
- Two-year partnership track.
- Part of an independent, multispecialty medical group serving a locally managed health system.
- Practice in a state-of-the-art, $30 million medical clinic established four years ago, featuring a dedicated urology department.
- Average patient volume: 18-22 patients/day.
- On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month, with backup by general surgery when unavailable.
- 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week, depending on volume.
- 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week, depending on provider preference.
Scope of Practice
Manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including bladder, prostate, and general issues. Additional services include male infertility (not required), cystoscopy, pelvic floor therapy, urodynamics, cooled thermo-therapy, ultrasound, biopsies, and lithotripsy.

- Guaranteed salary for the first two years, with potential for additional production-based compensation.
