Seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join a team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota.
Practice Details
- Join an established urology practice with a team comprising 1 Urologist & 1 Nurse Practitioner.
- Serve a primary population of 70,000 with outreach opportunities.
- Board certification preferred; board eligibility required.
- Two-year partnership track.
- Part of an independent, multispecialty medical group supporting a locally managed health system.
- Practice in a state-of-the-art, $30 million, 4-year-old medical clinic with a dedicated urology department.
- See approximately 18-22 patients per day.
- On-call by phone about 10 days per month, with backup by general surgery when unavailable.
- Perform 1 to 1.5 surgical days per week depending on volume.
- Clinic days range from 3 to 3.5 per week based on provider preference.
Patient Spectrum & Procedures
Manage a full spectrum of urological conditions, including bladder, prostate, general urology, male infertility (not required), cystoscopy, pelvic floor therapy, urodynamics, cooled thermoTherapy, ultrasound, biopsies, and lithotripsy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years, with potential for additional production-based compensation.
