Job Description:- Provide comprehensive urological care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Deliver care in both outpatient clinic settings and inpatient hospital settings
- Work collaboratively with an established urologist and a nurse practitioner within a single-site practice located on the campus
- Perform surgical procedures in new, state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Conduct hospital consultations and manage urological emergencies in the emergency department
- Participate in a light on-call rotation, covering one hospital site for 7 days per month with a 1:4 call schedule
- No involvement in trauma cases or robotic surgeries
- Utilize Cerner Community Works for electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Manage an average of 14"16 patients per day
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural, community-focused hospital environment
- Support departmental succession planning through active engagement and continuity of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Will consider candidates with lapsed board certification (if willing to recertify)
