Ashtabula, Ohio, Urologist Opening

• Clinical Role:
  • Full-time negotiable schedule
  • Hospital-based outpatient/clinic
  • On call 10 days per month
  • Patient demographic: 50% adult, 50% geriatric
  • Work distribution: 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
  • Average of 17-20 patients per day
  • Current team: 2 urologists
  • Onsite lab and X-ray facilities
  • Ancillary staff: 2 LPNs, 1 receptionist
  • Equipment: PVR Scanner
  • EMR system: EPIC
  • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on timely information submission
  • Candidate must reside within 40 miles or be willing to relocate
  • Not accepting locum submissions
  • Visa sponsorship: H-1B and J-1 accepted
• Organization:
  • Salary: $475,000-$750,000 including bonuses, based on experience (MGMA guidelines)
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus
  • Relocation allowance
  • Contract: 3 years with guaranteed salary for years 1-2 plus bonuses; year 3 based on productivity
  • $5000 CME allowance
