Neurology Opening - Ashtabula, OH
Located 60 miles from Cleveland. Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.
Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Negotiable schedule
• Affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic
• Dynamic multispecialty group practice with 60+ employed providers, including 21 primary care physicians
• 15-20 patients per day

Job Description

• On-call 10 days per month
• 100% adult patient population
• 0-5% trauma cases
• 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient; no rehab or sleep (negotiable)
• Group includes 50 physicians, with 10 APPL
• Lab onsite, X-ray onsite
• Ancillary office staff: 1 EMG tech, 1 LPN, shared receptionist
• Equipment: EMG, EMR - EPIC

About the Hospital

• 186-bed acute care community hospital, fully accredited by the Joint Commission
• Serves a population of approximately 98,000
• New patient care tower opening in 2024, adding 55 private patient rooms, ICU, five operating rooms, and 24 emergency department rooms
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on timely information submission

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $300,000 - $500,000, competitive per MGMA guidelines
• 3-year contract: guaranteed salary for years 1-2 with bonus; productivity-based year 3 with bonus
