Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle seeks a board-certified Urology PA to join our outpatient General Urology team, including surgical first assist duties. You will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary group to support the holistic well-being of patients and families.

Schedule is 1.0 FTE with no on-call obligations, flexible to patient care needs, and opportunities for teaching and mentorship as part of our culture

Qualifications

• PA-C with prescriptive authority in WA required
• Minimum 1 year Urology experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) outpatient General Urology clinic at the Downtown location with surgical first assist duties.
• Schedule developed to fit patient care needs with no on-call requirements.
• Learning opportunities and mentorship programs to support new providers.
