Job summary

St. Michael's Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington, is seeking a BE/BC urologist for a full-time employed role within VMFH. The position offers a broad mix of general urology cases, including outpatient clinics and operating room time, with a supportive group of four urologists and one PA-C.

A two-year salary guarantee exceeding $600,000, followed by a transition to wRVU with potential earnings above the 75th percentile, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation and starting bonus.

Qualifications

• BE/BC with American Board of Urology (ABU) required.
• Full-time employed Urology position within VMFH.
• Joining a group of 4 Urologists and 1 PA-C.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad mix of general urology cases in outpatient clinics and ORs.
• Share call 1:7 with an aligned group.
• Collaborate with the existing urology team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• BE/BC with American Board of Urology
• Full-time, employed position with VMFH
• Position offers a wide variety of general urology cases, to include outpatient clinics and OR time
• Joining a group of 4 Urologists and 1 PA-C
• Call is 1:7 shared with an aligned group
• Offering a two-year salary guarantee over $600,000, transitioning to wRVU in third year with the ability to earn above 75%tile
