AIMS Locum Tenens is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant - Urology to support the Urology Clinic at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC). The PA will evaluate, diagnose, and treat urologic conditions and provide procedural support under DHA and military healthcare standards.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, patient education, and coordination of care with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams within a military

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• ARC-PA accredited program graduate.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Experience in outpatient specialty, surgical, or urology preferred; military/VA experience desirable.
• Active PA license in any U.S. state with no encumbrance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform histories and physical examinations for urology patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic procedures related to urologic care.
• Assist with and perform approved urologic procedures within scope of clinical privileges.
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care and monitoring.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation and coordinate referrals.
