VA Fargo Healthcare System is recruiting a full-time Advanced Practice Nurse-Urology. The NP will act as an extender to the Supervising/Urologist, providing patient care within defined autonomy levels.

Responsibilities include examinations, orders, education, and participation in rounds. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a standard daytime schedule (8:00am - 4:30pm) at the Fargo campus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow-up history and physical examinations.
• Screen outpatients and provide ongoing care.
• Order diagnostic tests and consultations as needed.
• Accompany Urologist on daily rounds of inpatients.
• Assist with discharge orders under supervising physician.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
